Welcome to the Archives of the Paul Rudolph Heritage Foundation. Blue Cross - Blue Shield Building Addition
The owner of the property decides to add additional floors to the building.
Preservationists object, so the owner retains Paul Rudolph to design the addition to mitigate the objections.
The proposal includes new structural and MEP systems to allow higher ceilings in the building.
The project is ultimately not built.
