The project consists of an addition to a residence originally built in 1934.
Rudolph makes an initial presentation to the clients in May 1985
Design Development drawings are prepared in September and October 1985.
Construction drawings are prepared from November 1985 until March 1986. After bids are received, a meeting with the client is held in April 1986 and the construction drawings are revised from April 1986 until August 1986.
Construction bids are received and construction contract negotiation occurs in August and September 1986.
Construction begins in October 1986.
Construction is completed in October 1987.
