Ozier Residence

  • The project scope is to design a new residence for Darrell Simms Ozier (1930-1985) and Elta Turner Ozier.

  • Mr. Ozier and his wife run Ozier Investments in Champaign, Illinois. The company is instrumental in the economic growth of Champaign, developing several subdivisions and apartment complexes, in addition to owning six laundromats/dry cleaners in the city.
