Silvas Residence

  • Each area or room of the residence has its own level, arranged in a spiral step-up around the chimney. The difference in levels is fixed by the use of 2 foot beams.

  • Plaster is intended to be sprayed over the light wood structure to provide a continuous surface. The project’s interiors are also finished in plaster.

  • The floors will be hardwood in the living areas, vinyl asbestos tile in the kitchen and ceramic tile in the baths.

  • Skylights are used to give added light to the inner part of the living areas.
