The project scope is to design a residence for Erwin P. Staller (1921-2019) and Pearl “Freddie” Friedman. Mr. Staller is a Long Island real estate developer who, along with his father Max Staller, was among the first entrepreneurs to develop retail shopping centers in Long Island, New York starting in the late 1950’s.
Mr. Staller is also the client for a prior Rudolph commission, the 1970 Central Suffolk Office Park.
