Zucker Residence
On December 5, 1978 the residence is sold by Gerald Mast to Cynthia Zucker.
The project scope is to design an interior renovation and rear addition to an original brownstone built in 1811.
Rudolph renovates the residence again in 1993, adding an elevator and creating an open interior with 4 stories of glass looking into the 22’ x 45’ rear garden.
Interiors are designed by Cecil Hayes.
The property is sold by Cynthia Zucker c/o the Donald Zucker Company on June 04, 2012 for $8,500,000 to 42 West 11 LLC.
On November 21, 2012 Stephan Harris Architects LLP files an Alteration Type-1 to modify the building bulk, including exterior walls, stair, partitions, ceilings and doors. The work is signed off as complete on December 27, 2016.
